熨平機(jī)概述

     熨平機(jī)屬于皮革生產(chǎn)過程中，后期整理階段的重要設(shè)備之一，輥筒熨平機(jī)，各地區(qū)有不同的叫法，又俗稱“燙光機(jī)、熨光機(jī)、壓光機(jī)等名稱。分為底層、中層、頂層熨平熨光等工序；

工作原理及用途：

皮革通過與毛氈光輥接觸，在壓力溫度作用下對(duì)革熨燙的過程，經(jīng)過熨燙的革，具有柔軟、平細(xì)、光澤均勻、紋路自然、粒面清晰通透、真皮感突出、提供品質(zhì)等特點(diǎn)；是提高皮革品質(zhì)的重要裝備。

●全粒面革：皮胚→封底→補(bǔ)傷→拋光→壓花或熨平→摔軟→噴底涂→熨平→噴中涂→噴固色→摔軟→噴手感→熨平→成品

●毛革：皮胚→磨革→噴閉絨→熨平→噴涂→剪毛→熨平→成品

●沙發(fā)革：皮胚→補(bǔ)傷→磨革→封底→熨平→噴涂→壓花→摔軟→繃板→噴涂→熨平→噴手感光油→成品

主要機(jī)構(gòu)及類型

     輥筒熨平機(jī)是由機(jī)架、熨光輥（或花輥）、供料氈套、壓力輥、供料傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、液壓系統(tǒng)、加熱系統(tǒng)、和控制系統(tǒng)等組成；根據(jù)皮革工藝需要和風(fēng)格的細(xì)分，機(jī)型結(jié)構(gòu)分為大輥和小輥兩大類，輥筒直徑由270至800mm不等。

Ironing Machine Introduction Summery

  Ironing machine is one of the important equipment used in the end process of leather producing. Roller Ironing machine is also called Heating and smooth machine, Ironing smooth machine or Pressure smooth machine. It is used for leather bottom ironing, leather  middle ironing and leather top ironing.

Working Principle And Function

  While leather goes through the machine slowly, the machine can roll extrusion it and at the same time heat it. when leather come out of the machine, it become smooth and fine and luster even.

●Full grain leather: leather base→back cover→repair defects→polishing→emboss or ironing→falls soft→bottom flame plating→ironing→middle flame plating→fixation  collor→falls soft→make touch feel→ironing→product

●Double face leather：leather base→buffing leather→make close fine hair→ironing→spray finishing→cropping→ironing→product

●Sofa leather：leather base→repair defects→buffing leather→back cover→ironing→flame plating→emboss→falls soft→toggling→flame plating→ironing→make touch feel and spray gloss oil→product

Main Mechanism And Part

  Roller Ironing machine is composed of body frame, ironing roller or emboss roller, felt, pressure roller, transmission equipment, hydraulic system , heating system and control system. According to the leather producing requirement, the equipment is divided into two broad categories. One has big roller and the other has small roller. The roller diameter is from 270mm to 800mm.
